HUD is one of the best sources for properties for Investors and Owner Occupied buyers as long as the Real Estate Broker knows how it all works. Most Brokers don’t know how to make HUD profitable and therefore don’t sell HUD properties.  This is a wasted opportunity!

The biggest challenge with HUD is that they have their own process that is not like any of the other companies such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The HUD process uses very specific guidelines and language that the others do not use. Your knowledge of the HUD language and this tricky process makes you a valuable asset to anyone who wants to buy HUD properties. The great thing about HUD is that they REQUIRE buyers to use Real Estate Brokers to make offers on their properties. The buyer can’t get to them without you! We will teach you what the HUD lingo means, their process, and techniques you can use to make sure your Client gets the property. We will walk you through all of the documents you need to be aware of and how to make this process as easy as possible for you and your buyer.

Finally, we will give you the Buyers contract we developed that will allow you to make MORE commission than what HUD pays you thereby making HUD profitable!

This is a hands-on class. You will be looking at HUD homes, Making sample offers and getting everything you need to make selling HUD homes profitable for you and your Clients. Bring your laptop or tablet, power cords, etc.  so that you can go online and follow along with the instruction that will be on the big screen.
